**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to manage our contingent workforce and oversee vendor relationships related to staffing. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and contingent workers to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and performance management. This position requires strong coordination skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** + **Contingent Workforce Management** **:** + Serve as the main point of contact for contingent workers, managing onboarding, offboarding, and general HR-related matters. + Maintain and update records of contingent employees, including assignments, contracts, and relevant documentation. + Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws for contingent staff. + Track performance, attendance, and engagement of contingent workers, and work with managers to address any issues. + **Vendor Relationship Management** **:** + Collaborate with staffing agencies and vendors to ensure timely sourcing, selection, and onboarding of contingent workers. + Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and ensure all partners meet performance and compliance standards. + Serve as a liaison between the company and staffing agencies to resolve any challenges or discrepancies. + Monitor vendor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements to the staffing process when necessary. + **HR Operations Support** **:** + Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for managing contingent workforce operations. + Coordinate the smooth transition of contingent workers to permanent roles, when applicable. + Prepare reports on contingent labor costs, vendor performance, and workforce metrics for management review. + Maintain accurate records of time, attendance, and payroll data for contingent staff in partnership with payroll teams. + **Compliance and Risk Management** **:** + Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety requirements, and company policies for contingent workers. + Conduct audits and compliance checks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence. + Address any contingent worker issues, including grievances, escalations, or contract disputes, in collaboration with HR leadership. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on contingent workforce or staffing management. + Experience working with staffing agencies or vendor management. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contingent workers. + Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations related to contingent workforce management. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Preferred Skills** + Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of contingent workforce needs. + Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS). + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
