As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first – so your impact really will change lives. **Our In House Temporary** **RPO Recruiter** **is accountable for:** + End to end recruitment, for Assemblers, Painters, Maintenance Techs, etc. All shifts. + Onsite 3 days a week in Spartanburg, SC to help with interview days and hiring events, including new hire tours. + Source on job boards as well as attend local job fairs. + Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process. + Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully. **Essential Skills:** + Must have recruiting experience. + Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent. + Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) + Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
