This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment within a rapidly growing industry. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare CAD drawings using proprietary customer applications and design software. + Apply a working knowledge of AutoCAD or CAD applications to develop engineering drawings. + Collaborate with field engineers to produce comprehensive engineering drawings and documentation that meet both company and client specifications. + Work closely with engineers to incorporate design requirements and engineering mark-ups into CAD drawings. + Convert legacy application drawings into IDDS / MicroStation format. + Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with client and company standards. **Qualifications:** + Experience with IDDS / ICGS, MicroStation preferred, but not required. + Minimum experience required in AutoCAD or other CAD applications. + Proficient in Windows Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. + Strong computer skills with excellent communication and visualization abilities. + Ability to work from engineering sketches and documents with attention to detail. + Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus. + High School / Trade school graduate or equivalent. **Desired Attributes:** + Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn new design methods in telecommunications. + Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. + A team player with effective communication skills. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a growing, family-oriented company with a global presence. + Opportunity for professional growth and advancement in the telecom industry. + Competitive compensation and benefits. + Supportive work environment focused on innovation and collaboration.
