Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You Will Be Doing** + Demo and install new to existing steel + Working on iron, out of a manbasket or scissor lift + Bullrigging experience in tight places + Outage work pace expected + Ability to read drawings, layout for new steel and lead a crew is a plus. **What We Are Looking For** + 2-4 years relevant Structural Welding work experience, NCCER certifications a plus. + Must be willing to travel, in the southeast region mostly.
