**1st Shift : 5am -3:30pm** **Compensation -** $26-$27/hr (based on experience) *************************************************************** **2nd Shift : 2pm -12:30am** **Compensation -** $28-$29/hr (based on experience) *************************************************************** **3rd Shift : 10pm - 9am** **Compensation -** $31/hr (based on experience) **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** : Maintenance Techs (Tech 3) will ensure the efficient and reliable operation of high speed and complex processing and packaging equipment. This includes troubleshooting, problem identification, maintaining, testing, installing and conducting all mechanical repairs on all of the processing and packaging equipment. • Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain the operating condition of production and processing machinery and surrounding equipment, this would include but not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic systems, robotics, motors, pumps, conveying system, cooking equipment , etc.. • Troubleshoot malfunctioning components of processing equipment. • Ability to read electrical schematics as well as manufacturers maintenance manuals to determine proper operation. • Maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for machinery in facility. • Complete accurately and timely documentation of maintenance records, work orders and task records. • Be able to perform all Lockout Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. • Good mechanical aptitude and operation knowledge of control systems. • Effective troubleshooting skills and systematically diagnose mechanical or electrical problems • Setup, Start-Up, Adjust and Operation of Equipment; Proper Shutdown and Changeover as required by company standards and to minimize downtime **Requirements & Skills** : 5+ years of experience as maintenance technician + Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems + Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods + Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices + Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills + Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime + High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus + Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired **Pay Details:** $26.00 to $31.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
