Job Description

Hours will be 6:30am-4:30pm or 4pm-1:30am Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays may be required

Competitive pay rates - $14.00-15HrGrading PoultryFollow USDA guildelinesMust adhere to all safety requirements in accordance with your safety training.Must be willing and able to perform other tasks in other areas or departments as directed by members of managementMust be able to work at a pace consistent with the speed of the flow of productMust be able to grade breasts, tenders and wings.You must be able to lift up to 40lbs. continuously. Heavy lifting is required.

Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to comprehend simple instructions, and apply common senseMust be able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situationsMust be able to multitask and work quicklyMust be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations (less than 3 feet away)Must have good communication skillsMust have adequate hand and eye coordinationMust be able to stretch vertically and horizontally

Physical requirements:

Must be able to work in temperatures at and below 32 degrees FahrenheitMust be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per dayMust use hands to handle, control, and feel objects or toolsMust be able to use your hands, arms and wrists in a repetitive motion for and 8-10 hour workdayMust be able to bend or twist your bodyMust be able to kneel, stoop, crouch or crawlHeavy lifting is required
