**Hiring 1st and 3rd Shift Packager ASAP- Entry Level- Starting Pay $15/hr** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st and 3rd Shift Packagers. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging margarine and butter products (including tubs, sticks, and mini butter packs) on conveyor lines and placing finished products into boxes on the assembly line. You will work on a production line, ensuring that the packaging process is efficient and that all boxes are palletized correctly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area. This position requires standing for the entire 8-hour shift and performing repetitive tasks. You must be flexible to rotate sides while packing boxes and be open to cross-training in warehouse, production, or machine operation tasks. **Hard Skills** + warehouse operations + packaging + production line work **Soft Skills** + flexibility + attention to detail + physical stamina **Work Environment** Warm production plant. Must be flexible for shifts on Fridays and weekends. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs required. The day shift is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of working on Fridays.
