1ST SHIFT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST 

 

HOURS:

1st Shift - flexible as requiredSaturday's requiredSunday's as needed

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Receive, monitor and process export documentationWork closely with USDAEnsure export data is completed and under compliance & preparing USDA documents for inspectionMake export labels for shipmentsManage data for shipmentsPrepare reportsAnswer phone calls as neededOther duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational and time-management skillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPrevious accounting and office experience preferred10-key and computer skills requiredCommunication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquetteGood work history including attendanceTeam player among all shiftResume required
