**MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The position involves assembling and testing medical devices using a variety of tools and equipment. Candidates must be open to working during weekdays and Saturdays when needed. Please note that the contract-to-hire transition may take longer than six months.
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with microscopes.
+ Small part assembly.
+ Strong communication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
+ Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift.
+ Able to work with small parts and inspect various raw materials, with the main product being catheters.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

**Work Environment**
This position involves working in a manufacturing cleanroom environment 100% of the time. Employees will be working in close stations with cleanroom attire required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
