1st Shift Assembly Lead
**Job Title: Assembly Lead** **Job Description** Manage and oversee the activities of the assembly and packaging teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Ensure that all assembly and packing processes meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Train new employees on assembly and packaging procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use. Provide ongoing training and support to existing staff. Monitor and manage inventory levels of packaging materials and assembly components. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct safety audits and implement safety improvements. Prepare and maintain reports on production, quality, and safety metrics.
