**Bilingual Onsite Support Coordinator**

As a Bilingual Onsite Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our associates and client partnerships. This hands-on position requires a proactive and engaging approach to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead new hire orientations and facility tours, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
+ Monitor daily attendance, generate reports, and provide timely updates.
+ Conduct worksite walk-throughs and safety evaluations to maintain a secure environment.
+ Attend client meetings and contribute to operational discussions.
+ Assist with onsite timekeeping and workforce management.
+ Engage daily with onsite associates and supervisors to ensure key performance metrics are met.
+ Address associate performance and attendance concerns through counseling and coaching.
+ Provide guidance and support to associates regarding assignment-related inquiries.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
+ Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
+ Previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
+ Ability to problem-solve effectively while maintaining professionalism.
+ Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with associates and clients.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
