**Machine Operator NEEDED -- INTERVIEW THIS WEEK** **$20+ ALL SHIFTS NEEDED** **Job Description** In this role, you will be trained to operate equipment controls for loading/unloading rolls safely for packing, and winding/rewinding of finished products. You will also be responsible for preparing samples of finished products, and printing and labeling the finished products. **Responsibilities** + Check operating controls and ensure the safety of equipment prior to operation. + Obtain material for processing from inventory bins and notify the supervisor if any damaged, defective, or missing material is found. + Set up machines based on production orders. + Label and pack finished products as they are produced on the machine per work order instructions. + Review work orders and drawings to resolve conflicts. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies. + Comply with OHSA safety standards while performing job duties. + Notify the supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards. + Maintain lift cart certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with film/paper/cardboard rewinding machinery or converting machinery. + Experience with bottling/food manufacturing machinery. + Experience with hand tools, drills, saws, etc. + Good job tenure is required. **Work Environment** You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on aerospace, wind energy, marine, automotive, printed circuit board, solar energy, and general FRP composites. The company specializes in vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials. The work involves handling various materials and equipment, including vacuum bagging films, release films, pressure-sensitive tapes, mold releases, peel plies, breathers and bleeders, sealant tapes, vacuum bag connectors and hoses, rubber, pressure pads, cutting tools, vacuum leak detectors, shrink tape, PTFE coated fiberglass, tooling prepregs and resins, and carbon and glass reinforcements. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
