Our client in Dallas is seeking a Cycle Count Associate to join their team. You will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the inventory management team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Must have experience in cycle count and inventory control. 

Job Title: 1st Shift Cycle Count - Warehouse

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Compile data from various sources such as purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions and enter information into systems like SAP and WM to maintain accurate inventory records. File Bill of Lading (BOL) and packing lists into vendor files and assist Accounts Payable in resolving invoicing issues when necessary. Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information against records. Examine incoming shipments for damages, record shortages, and communicate with shippers to rectify any issues. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies while ensuring proper stock placement within the warehouse.

What's Needed?

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems, preferably SAP. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams and external partners. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
