**Job Title: Maintenance (Rectifying)** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled individual to maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. You will work primarily on motors, conveyors, presses, and other machinery. Your main duties will include performing preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and lubricating machines. This role involves spending approximately 25% of your time on basic machine maintenance and 75% operating the rectifying machine. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. + Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment. + Operate and maintain mechanical and chain-driven machines. + Lubricate machines and ensure their efficient operation. + Perform basic maintenance on the rectifying machine. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment. + Knowledge of motors, conveyors, and presses. + Experience with mechanical and chain-driven machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must supply own hand tools, or have the ability to acquire them. + Experience in welding, fabricating, and diesel mechanics is a plus. + Military experience is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team in a comfortable and clean work area on the selection line, which is a highly automated packaging line. The environment can be dusty due to tile dust but is generally fairly clean. Some areas may involve working at heights on tall equipment, including scaffolding. The facility can become very hot in the summer, especially around kilns and ovens. Steel-toe footwear is required, but shorts and cut-off t-shirts are allowed. This position covers the glaze and body prep/raw materials line. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
