Our client, is seeking a Light Industrial - General Labor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Adaptability and Flexibility, Attention to Detail and Teamwork and Collaboration which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Light Industrial - General Labor – 1 st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm **Location:** Fort Worth, TEXAS **Pay Range:** $14.50 per hour **What’s the Job?** + Perform heavy lifting duties (up to 50 lbs), working in cold (38–40°F) and warmer environments (70–90°F). + Work in various departments including Cooler, Case Room, and Bagging Room. + Use manual pallet jacks to move and organize products like dairy items, juice, tea, and more. + Operate equipment safely and maintain work area cleanliness while following safety guidelines. + Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and participate in food safety activities **What’s Needed?** + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Ability to move heavy products (up to 200 lbs). + Basic math skills and attention to detail for monitoring product quality. + Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Open to training with no prior experience required.
