**Job Title: 1st Shift General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our Aerospace division as a 1st Shift General Production Worker. You will be involved in the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Assist machine operators by choosing the correct program and starting the machine. + Oversee saw operation processes to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to exact specifications. Training on the bending process of aluminum will be provided. + Handle aluminum pipes and conduct thorough cleaning processes according to exact specifications. + Perform testing and inspections, including leak testing and hands-on sanding/polishing duties. + Ensure each aluminum heat pipe is handled with care due to the high cost of these products. **Essential Skills** + High level of attention to detail for small parts assembly or machining. + Good work tenure with stable job history. + Strong soft skills to fit into the company culture. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
