Position Summary:
Under direct and indirect supervision operator will operate hot heading machines to form blanks as specified by work order. Will review work orders with assistance determine proper procedures and specifications are followed for parts to be hot headed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reviews work order to confirm parts meet specifications as required with assistance from lead-man.Operates production equipment to produce parts, ensuring that raw material is formed into dimensions specified.Inspects parts during production to ensure compliance with quality specifications.Maintains preventive maintenance and a clean and safe work area.Complies with all environmental safe practices and regulations. Reads all MSDS’ and possesses thorough knowledge of all oil and chemical labeling and storage requirements.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Required Experience:
1-year related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment or equivalent. Machining, Blueprint Reading, & Shop Math Certifications preferred.
Level of Education:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
