**Job Title: 1st Shift Janitor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Service Technician for the 1st shift with rotating work days, including weekends. The shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This role involves delivering, cleaning, and managing medical equipment within a hospital setting to ensure it is ready for patient use.
**Responsibilities**
+ Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
+ Confidently communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
+ Provide quality service, perform to quality standards, and meet both customer and company metrics.
+ Pick up, clean, and process all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all company and hospital protocols.
+ Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff and other personnel, acting as a subject-matter expert on customer service.
+ Commit to continual improvement of the quality, reliability, and value of products and services.
+ Ensure efficient equipment management within the hospital to support effective patient care.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
+ Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
+ Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
