**Job Title: 1st Shift Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 1st Shift Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, with occasional voluntary Saturdays, typically working 50 hours a week. This role involves repairing and rebuilding electric motors, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Repair and rebuild electric motors (excluding rewinding stators and armatures).
+ Troubleshoot and repair Ajax Induction Furnaces, ACS Osborn Mold units, Sand Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Shot-Blasting Equipment, and all associated production equipment.
+ Repair Electric Overhead cranes and Hoists (both electrical and mechanical, except welding).
+ Clean and perform minor repairs of Sub Stations Feeder Circuits and Breakers.
+ Repair high voltage and voltage controls up to 2700 volts.
+ Read electrical schematics and diagrams.
+ Utilize Allen Bradley Rockwell Software (RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, and RS Linx), PLC-5 and SLC500 hardware.
**Essential Skills**
+ Journeyman card or at least 6 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing facility on equipment.
+ Ability to read electrical schematics.
+ Experience with machine repair, pneumatics, cylinders, pipe fitting, blueprints, schematics, torch cutting, hydraulics, welding, electrical, conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, hydraulic repair.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68640.00/yr.

Holidays We observe 15 paid holidays each year. If you are part-time, working at least 1,000 hours per year, your holiday pay is prorated for the number of hours worked.
