Adecco is assisting a local client in the Clifton Park, NY area in looking for a qualified 1st Shift Production Operator. The Production Operator is responsible for following Standard Operating procedures to safely operate equipment that coats and converts work into finished product and/or finished potted product. Follows effective and safe manufacturing processes for adhesive products that meet quality standards and achieve on-time delivery requirements **Responsibilities:** + Run automated processes including masking, gelling, conformal coating, potting and encapsulating. + Seek quality assurance feedback at appropriate times throughout the shift + Ensure ISO and ESD standard operating procedures are followed exactly + Using the MRP system, log information accurately and diligently. + Elevate quality concerns to QC. + Safely operate process equipment as directed by supervisor, work instruction, or equipment manual. + Perform other duties as needed **Skills/Qualifications:** + High school diploma, or equivalent, required. + Knowledge of IPC standards preferred + Must be able to work on a fast-paced schedule throughout the shift.
