Job Title: 1st Shift - Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. Our facility specializes in making corrugated boxes, such as those used by major clients like Jones Dairy, IKI, and Automated Pet Care. In this role, you will assist on the Flexo machines, which fold, stack, and package the finished product. You will be responsible for feeding raw stock into the machines and performing various tasks that can change daily. This position requires consistent lifting of 10-30 lbs.

Work Environment

Employees often work 9-hour shifts. The environment is noisy due to Flexo and corrugated packaging machines. The facility is clean and organized, with a smaller plant size of around 50 employees on the shop floor.

Shift Hours and Pay

6:00am - 2:00pm at 17/hr

2:00pm - 10:00pm at 17 + 1.50 shift premium/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
