**Job Title: Machinist** **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up CNC Lathe and 3 axis VMC machines. + Prepare and manufacture high precision parts. + Perform machine tool set-up, tool selection, and first part inspection. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Adapt cutting cycles or machining processes for material irregularities. + Apply GD&T knowledge + Choose and apply measuring equipment like OD/ID mics, calipers, height, and bore gages. + Utilize tool selection and changes, identifying material characteristics, cutting fluids, and tooling materials. + Perform routine preventative maintenance. + Understand and implement safety, quality, and continuous improvement expectations. **Why Work Here?** + 4 Weeks of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + Excellent Benefits + Strong company culture + 4 day work week + Career development: Our Learning & Development team offers classes, seminars, and tools to help you understand our culture, organization, values, and role in the world.
