**Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The primary focus of this role is on preventive maintenance (PM) of machines. Additionally, there will be opportunities to expand your expertise by learning various new skill sets, including maintenance on vehicle operations, low voltage systems, Tech 1-4 tasks, and specialty repairs. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on machines. + Conduct maintenance on vehicle operations and low voltage systems. + Handle Tech 1-4 tasks and specialty repairs. + Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and diagrams. + Utilize hand and power tools for repair tasks. + Submit orders and manage systems using computer applications. + Perform electrical troubleshooting including PLC control systems. + Work with electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and repair. + Strong mechanical aptitude; experience in auto mechanics, vocational schooling, or shop classes is acceptable. + Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. + Computer experience for order submittals and system management. + Knowledge in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, and PLC control. + Experience in electrical troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in maintenance on various forklifts. + Background in welding. + Knowledge in plumbing and HVAC systems. + Experience in construction. **Why Work Here?** Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
