Job Description
As a Shift Mixer Production Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and accurate assembly of ingredients and maintaining food safety culture in our production and warehousing processes. You will undergo initial and ongoing training in various processing rooms, including 6-pass, 1-pass, Dry Room, and Corn Room. Your role involves following step-by-step instructions, maintaining accurate records, and performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble all ingredients correctly and accurately, and record on proper production paperwork.Follow step-by-step instructions on blending sheets precisely.Maintain food safety culture concerning food defense, quality, and cGMPs for production and warehousing.Accurately complete all paperwork, box assemblies, and sight standards.Utilize and calibrate scales correctly using proper weights and techniques.Stack boxes orderly for palletizing.Read and understand product codes and lot numbers.Operate equipment such as belts, Swecos, Comils, and Metal Detectors.Perform CCP checks per SOP and document and address any non-compliance issues.Perform quality checks to ensure products match sight standards.Maintain food safety culture in production and warehousing.Operate stand-up forklifts.Consistently follow all sanitization processes to ensure food safety.Essential SkillsFood productionFood manufacturingFood safetyFood mixingBatch mixingWhy Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
