1st Shift Production Worker, Holland MI

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled production worker for our 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm), Monday - Friday. The pay range is $17.50-18.50/hour, based off interview and experience. The role involves loading the paint line, clipping hooks, and placing parts on the clips to go through the paint line. This position can get hot in the summer next to the oven and involves running three colors: red, green, and yellow. Yellow is used once a month, red is for panels, and green is for SBU machines.

Load paint line with parts.Clip hooks and place parts on the clips.Monitor the paint line process to ensure quality.Operate forklift and other machinery as needed.Assist in general production, assembly, and mechanical tasks.Perform powder coating, spraying, and racking duties.Essential SkillsGeneral production experience.Experience in assembly and general labor.Forklift operation skills.Machine operating skills.Mechanical aptitude.Painting and powder coating experience.Ability to perform spraying and racking tasks.Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work in a hot environment during summer months.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is well-lit but not temperature controlled. While parts can get greasy, the floors are kept clean. Employees should be prepared for hot conditions in the summer when working near the oven.
