Job Description
As a PC Assembler, you will perform assembly and testing of single board computers, embedded PCs, panel PCs, industrial chassis, workstations, PC140 modules, and data acquisition products. You will work closely with quality assurance personnel to ensure proper integration of industrial PC components and support production technicians in resolving equipment operation issues. Additionally, you will examine parts and accessories for conformity with specifications and maintain tools and equipment in your assigned work area. Adherence to the quality management system is essential, as well as identifying, assembling, and installing various computer parts and software according to customer requirements.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly and testing of single board computers, embedded PCs, panel PCs, industrial chassis, and workstations.Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to integrate industrial PC components efficiently.Assist production support technicians in resolving equipment operation issues.Examine parts and accessories for conformance with specifications and alert quality assurance personnel when necessary.Maintain tools and equipment in the assigned work area.Adhere to the quality management system.Identify various computer parts and understand their applications.Assemble different computer parts and peripherals.Carefully assemble all components according to working guidelines.Install various types of software based on customer requirements.Perform tests to ensure all components and software are fully functional.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, and assembly line work.Skill in compounding, packaging, and general production tasks.Proficiency with hand tools and cleanroom protocols.Ability to perform inspection, quality checks, and computer assembly.Capability to handle heavy lifting and perform electrical assembly.Experience in assembling and testing industrial PCs and control systems used in industrial automation applications.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
