1st shift Picker/Packer
**Location:** Riverview, MI **Pay Rate:** $17.00/hour **Job Type:** Temp-to-Hire **Job Description:** We are seeking motivated and dependable Picker/Packers to join our team on the first shift. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to grow with the company through a temp-to-hire pathway. **Key Responsibilities:** + Accurately pick products from shelves based on order specifications. + Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. + Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures. + Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals. **Qualifications:** + Ability to stand, walk, and lift small weights for the entire shift. + Steel toed boots or shoes are required + Basic math and reading comprehension skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required. + Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow. **Schedule and Pay:** + **Shift Hours:** 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional overtime may be required). + **Pay Rate:** $17.00/hour, paid weekly. **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
