**Hiring: Carrollton / 1st Shift / PM Mechanic / $26** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled Shift PM Mechanic to maintain and repair production and process support equipment. Responsibilities include understanding and following procedures for all equipment, performing preventive maintenance tasks, documenting maintenance activities, cleaning and replacing parts, maintaining equipment, and working collaboratively with other mechanics. Candidates must ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and compliance with applicable standards. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision and being open to working various shifts or scheduled hours. **Hard Skills** + Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools such as drills and grinders + Experience in performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment + Ability to document maintenance tasks and manage parts inventory **Soft Skills** + Strong understanding of mechanical systems + Ability to work independently and in a team + Excellent problem-solving skills + Strong communication and documentation skills **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Carrollton, Texas. **Work Environment** The work environment is climate-controlled, often around equipment operating above 300°F.
