Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Repair Coordinator 1, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This position reports to the Facility Manager and performs installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical power distribution systems and the building equipment associated to these systems.

What you will be doing
Essential Functions
•Consults with Customer Support Representatives on customer requirements on returned units.
•Determines plan of action by reviewing service notifications and all customer supplied documents.
•Performs and/or delegates the evaluation of all returned units on a FIFO basis.
•Consults and coordinates with Operations Engineers for evaluation review.
•Determines part replacement and generates pick list.
•Coordinates with Production Control to ensure parts are structured timely.
•Schedules tear down activity to CMM or customer requirements in a FIFO basis.
•Updates service notifications with all applicable information related to overhaul.
•Supports any activity needed to handle AOG requirements.
•Performs and/or delegates the final ATP testing (per CMM or customer requirements) of all returned units on a FIFO basis.
•Coordinates activities of NDT inspection (as applicable) on RW hardware.
•Completes 8130 tags will all pertinent information.
•Responsible for changing and maintain accurate status on all aftermarket (repair) hardware.
•Coordinates with Customer Support Representatives on repair quoting, evaluation information, and updates.
•Coordinates with Quality Engineers on any applicable RCCA's.
Other Functions
•Instructs repair technicians
•Maintains Eval/Teardown room QDRC metrics
•Assists with RCCA's
•Assists with Induction process (as needed)
•Supports and drives continuous improvement activities

•Solid understanding of electrical and/or mechanical/hydraulic principles
•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks for self and supporting departments

High School Diploma requiredExperience
