**Job Title: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator** **Job Description** The successful candidate will work with industrial sewing machines, thread machines, and change bobbins. The role requires precise measurement skills down to 1/4 of an inch. No certifications are required, but sewing experience is a must. Candidates will work with materials including vinyl and fiberglass, and they will have the option to wear a suit and gloves if preferred. The products made are for high-temperature environments, such as fire containment bags for aircraft and cash/document pouches. **Hard Skills** + Sewing + Machine Operating + Manufacturing **Soft Skills** + Attention to Detail + Sense of Humor **Job Type** This is a contract to hire position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** The work environment is a small shop with about 5 employees. Candidates will spend most of the day sitting but can take short breaks to walk around if needed. Materials will be brought to them.
