1st shift Soldering/Assembly tech opening at our client in Everett, WA. Adecco is looking for candidates experienced in hand soldering for a short term 3 month assignment with the potential for an extension or transfer to another position in a temp to hire role. **Responsibilities for Assembly jobs include but are not limited to:** + Circiut board soldering + Basic to complex assembly using a variety of hand and power tools, plastic Injection molding machines and other equipment to complete the builds. + May require cleaning and inspecting parts and machines. + Move part supplies and finished product throughout the warehouse. + Report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor. + Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:** + Speak and read basic English to follow both written and verbal instructions. + Have great hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions. + Able to work independently and with others. + Able to lift 30lbs. + Able to stand on a variety of hard surfaces for 10 hours. + Ability to use hand power tools. + Work well with others in a loud production environment. **Detains:** Shift is Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm Pay rate is $17-19 per hour and will be based on previous experience and skills. **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
