Our client, Wire forming industry is seeking a 1st shift Tool Maker to join their team. As a Tool Maker you will be part of the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have Attention to detail, Decision Making and Great Math Skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: 1st Shift Tool Maker** **Location: Germantown, WI** **Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour** **What’s the Job?** + Create and repair tools, dies, jigs and fixtures used within the manufacturing process. + Study blueprints, sketches, models or specifications to plan sequence of operations for fabricating tools. + Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of assemblies based on specifications. + Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify tools using machine tools and hand tools. + Setup and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders to cut, bore, grind or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes. **What’s Needed?** + Knowledge understanding of all tool room related equipment and methods (training offered). + High competence in dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids. + Ability to work with various types of materials. **What’s in it for me?** + Full Time + Temp to Perm Opportunity + Competitive Salary + Benefits Available + Company encourages collaboration that engages all employees If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
