Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour Duties: For this position job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: + Tape/grease ends of chain. + Grind the tops of the chains if painted or rusty. + Ream out bolt holes if chain was painted. + Grind off back of shoes if painted or rusty. + Lay shoes on track. + Lay out hardware on the shoes. + Place bolts into holes and tighten down nuts with impact gun. + Torque down all bolts per specifications using the torque machine and/or hand torque wrench. + Fill out all paper work for quality control. + Roll up and tie/clamp track and then place ID tag on track. . Position Requirements: + Must be able to use hand tools, grinders, drills and impact guns. + Required to read and understand work orders. Understand orders given by line leaders and management. + Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and to lift up to 70 LBS. + Written and oral communication skills. + Ability to respond to common inquiries. + Ability to communicate information to Supervisors and Managers. + Knowledge of manufacturing. + Reasoning and problem-solving ability. **Forklift experience and certification is a plus!** Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
