**1st Shift - Warehouse Associate - $17/hr** **_Call 330 224 1231 to set up an interview!_** **Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm** **Pay:** **$17/hr - Will increase to $20/hr after 90 days!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking inventory, utilizing pallet jacks to move boxes, packing boxes based on load sheets, and loading/unloading truck shipments while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Scan barcodes to accurately track inventory + Utilize pallet jack to move boxes + Accurately pack boxes with appropriate amount of inventory based on load sheets + Load/unload truck shipments + Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures **Essential Skills** + Packing + Material handling + Forklift operation + Picking + RF scanner usage + Pallet jack operation + Order picking + Sit-down forklift operation + Previous warehouse/distribution experience + Inventory management + Warehouse inventory management + Unloading + Shipping & receiving + Inventory control + Cycle counts **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to lift 45 lbs throughout the shift + Must be able to work independently + Must be able to effectively count and perform basic shop math **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a pay increase to $20/hr once hired directly, a casual dress code, and a full benefits package including vision, medical, and dental coverage.
