**1st Shift Warehouse Associate** Manufacturing Bridgeport, CT, US Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 20 + Added - 14/01/2025 Apply for Job This position is responsible for processing and managing materials in the warehouse, utilizing the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory and proper material movement. **Pay** : $20/hr **Contract to Hire** **Schedule** : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Responsibilities** : + Accurately track and control inventory using the ERP and Dataworks systems. + Perform material handling duties, including lifting, loading, and moving products. + Participate in cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy. + Pick and deliver materials to production using RF scanners or computers. + Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring proper distribution to inventory. + Assist with warehouse maintenance, cleanup, and general operational tasks. + Actively contribute to improvement projects and process enhancements. **Qualifications** : + Minimum 2 years of experience in an inventory-related position. + Basic computer skills required. + Ability to lift and move cartons up to 50 lbs, multiple times per day. + Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
