Job Duties  Classroom Instruction + Substitute teach students in grades Kindergarten – 8th grade as needed due to teacher absences or leaves of absence. + When subbing, create a classroom environment that cultivates learning, engages the interests of the students, and allows them to perform at their very best.  + Utilize provided academically rigorous lessons, unit plans, rubrics and assessments aligned to Athlos’ 3 foundational pillars of a Prepared Mind, Healthy Body, and Performance Character.  + Delivers instruction that engages students and ensures student growth and achievement in accordance with grade level standards.  + Differentiates instruction based on individual needs, learning style, and abilities.
