Dow is currently seeking exceptional Undergraduate and Graduate level STEM Major students for entry Level opportunities in Operations (aka Manufacturing & Engineering) to start their fulltime work assignment during the upcoming Spring, Summer, or Fall term. ABOUT OPERATIONS:The Operations function within Dow is comprised of four unique focus areas that translate business strategies into operations priorities and results. The focus areas are Manufacturing, Technical Expertise & Support (TES), Environmental, Health, & Safety Operations (EH&S), and Emergency Services, & Security (ES&S).   ABOUT YOU:Your job will include a broad range of responsibilities in a variety of different work settings such as chemical plant safety and environmental performance, process operation, optimization, modification, maintenance, and technology implementation. Primary Responsibilities: Various Job Types:Learning Specialist, Technology Specialist, Data Specialist, Implementation Specialist, Business Process Specialist, Associate Data Engineer, Associate Data Scientist, Associate Data Analyst, or Improvement Engineer. While working in one of several technical resource roles where you will collaborate with functions /disciplines and experts in the application of Data Science, Engineering, Business Process, Analytical Science, Early Career, or Information Technology (IT). You will share in the objective of defining, delivering and supporting solutions while providing optimal capability at minimal lifecycle cost. Key responsibilities may include such items as testing, developing, and implementing operational solutions, as well as, working on design projects assigned to the group and data management to support end-to-end support for both Operations and Corporate initiatives.  The endgame is to assist Dow Operations deliver a competitive advantage using digital or operational technology/expertise. Required Qualifications:  + A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline.  + A Graduation date of no later than September 2025. + A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. Preferred Qualifications: + A preferred GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) at your current university + Enrolled in an ABET accredited program  Contingencies: + Reliable attendance is an expectation of every Dow employee, therefore the successful candidate must be able to provide their own accommodation and have their own reliable transportation to the plant site daily.
