2025 Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Fellowship Program – Asset & Wealth Management – Asset Management Product Track

The Advancing Hispanics and Latinos (AHL) Fellowship Program, offers a five-week paid, full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase offices. The AHL Fellowship Program is designed to attract undergraduate sophomores who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The AHL Fellowship Program is seeking sophomore students, including, without limitation, Hispanic/Latino students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. All sophomore students who are interested in the Fellowship Program, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.

As a Summer Fellow in our AHL Fellowship program, you will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and gain insight into how your diverse backgrounds and perspectives as financial services professionals might positively impact the future of people’s lives, the firm and our industry.

This opportunity will expose students to careers in financial services and include hands-on experience, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, designed to help build a pathway to future employment opportunities. The AHL Fellowship Program is committed to providing early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants. Upon successful completion of the Fellowship Program, you will be considered for a 2026 Summer Internship offer. Successful completion of the internship is a significant step towards securing full-time employment with the firm. 

The AHL Fellowship Program will consist of one-week of training and orientation onsite at one of our firm’s locations. During this time, fellows will participate in orientation to our firm, our businesses, and gain the technical and practical knowledge needed to be successful during the program. After the induction, fellows will report to the designated location for their specific line of business track.

Job responsibilities

Proactively engage in learning opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's businesses, clients and customers.  Actively pursue opportunities to enhance your professional development skills, including attending training sessions, and engaging with mentors. Prepare and present a curriculum-based project to an audience of senior stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Sophomore standing (expected graduation date of December 2026 through Summer 2027) Attends college/university in the U.S. (all majors considered) in good standing Demonstrates a significant commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through, for example, campus activities community service work, and/or related leadership activity Possess a strong interest in developing professional skills for future opportunities in financial services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Fellows will have an opportunity to select up to three location preferences on their application. Potential placement could include any of our offices within the city’s metropolitan area.

In this track, you will engage in a comprehensive learning experience focused on collaborating with senior business leaders to develop strategic solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs. This program offers you the opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to one of our asset classes. 

Teams Include: 

Beta Strategies: We build specialized index products and portfolio capabilities across asset classes, including our electronic-traded funds business.  Equities: We manage a broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts and traders who have expertise in helping clients of all sizes.  Fixed Income: We offer an array of debt solutions, including investment grade, high yield and emerging market debt.  Hedge Funds: We manage hedge fund portfolios for institutional and high net worth individuals, offering a broad range of products and capabilities to help investors reach their objectives.  Liquidity: We help clients invest within a range of currencies, risk levels and durations, including taxable and tax-free money market funds, short-term fixed income funds and separately managed accounts.  Multi-Asset Solutions: We utilize capital markets investing, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management to develop portfolio solutions for our clients.  Private Equity: We build and maintain the private equity portfolios for our clients.
