About the Role

University students who are curious about insurance, passionate learners and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Internship Period: 9 June 2025 to 15 August 2025

The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Healthcare, you may be involved in

Desktop research across a broad range of topics across Health, Digital Health, Healthcare and HealthTechSupport the implementation of the Group Clinical Governance initiative to Healthcare Services across AIA’s marketsSupport sourcing of speakers for internal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) / Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes and help coordinate the eventParticipate and support various projects from time to timeSupport the preparation of management reports, research reports, medical content and presentations

What you will need:

Students from all background and disciplines who are in your penultimate year of studyExcellent team player and passionate learnerAbility to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast changing environmentStrong command of written and spoken English and ChineseStrong computer skills required, well versed in Microsoft Office
