Job Summary
The Client Complaints Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes made to the regulatory environment in which the Client Complaints Appeal Office operates, we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem solving mindset, that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.Job Description
What will you do?
Support management with initiatives including support with client correspondence templates creation/revision and procedure reviews and preparation of revision proposalsSupport management with regulatory changes/initiativesProvide support with data/compliance verificationSupport and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.Accept and successfully execute change (processes, tools) while keeping a focus on business priorities.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.Preferably, experience in roles involving client contact and conflict resolution or change management, project management, compliance, audit or administration.Detail oriented and ability to work well without direct daily supervisionInformation seekingComprehensive/Conceptual ThinkingInitiative/Productivity/Action OrientationNice-to-have
