RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group is the largest dedicated real estate corporate finance group in Canada, with over 40 experienced professionals based in Toronto, Montréal, Calgary and New York. We offer a full array of real estate debt and equity intermediary services to clients across North America. 

RBC is currently looking for a Summer Analyst to join its real estate brokerage team in Toronto. The individual in this position will be asked to provide quantitative and analytic support as well as perform general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Collect real estate market information and maintaining research databasesStay current with new listings and sales transactions in CanadaReview and summarize property leases and other legal documentationPrepare detailed investment memorandums, presentations and other advisory documentsPrepare financial analyses and property valuation modelsComplete various general administrative duties as required

Education and Qualifications

Full-time students in their second or third year of undergraduate studies preferably in a real estate, finance, accounting or economics programCandidates must be graduating from their undergraduate programs in either December 2025 or Spring 2026Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and WordStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and independently as requiredAbility to work under pressure with multiple or competing deadlines

Additional Considerations

Preference will be given to students with a strong interest in real estate
