As part of the conference, we will offer a variety of components from education about affinity groups, to geographic and program overviews, along with networking opportunities with senior leaders, and advice on the interview process from our campus recruitment team. The Innovation Development Program supports GB in a unique way - through rotational opportunities across functional, business, and product teams such as Digital, Solutions, Transformation, Product, Marketing, and Business Architecture. The impact you'll deliver as part of this program will significantly enhance a broad range of products and processes that drive value for our businesses and clients.
