Dive into the Field Services organization as a summer of 2025 intern! In this role, you will deepen your knowledge of FMLA and Paid Sick Leave law and enhance your knowledge of DIRECTVs process as well as various tools used to manage attendance.

In this role, you may work on:

Day to day administration and navigation of DIRECTVs approach to attendance management.Partner with DIRECTVs Field Services team on all communications related to attendance management.Work with various Leave systems and navigate managing protected vs. unprotected absence policy and protocol.Navigate administration of attendance policy compliance/adherence.

Skills and Experience:

Intermediate proficiency in Excel (Vlook up, formulas, pivot tables)Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and WordSolid understanding of how to utilize and navigate the various collaborative tools in Microsoft TeamsExperience with HR systems is a bonusDemonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environmentStrong and confident communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to adhere to confidentiality guidelinesSelf-starter and not afraid to ask the important questionsOrganized and can effectively prioritize across teamsCritical/strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong attention to detail

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote

10 week internship program. 6/2/25 - 8/8/25 or 6/16/25 - 8/22/25.

Position requires full US work authorization now and in the future.

This position can earn $19 - $20 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers.
