Rotational Program - Retirement Solutions and Wealth Management
The Rotational Program - Retirement Solutions and Wealth Management participates in a comprehensive rotational program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real life situations and projects. This job works with financial services technology platforms and tools and learns techniques, disciplines and processes to become more familiar with financial services. Each rotation is designed to improve business knowledge and build an overall understanding of the company. This job is assigned a mentor who provides ongoing coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesGains knowledge across various business functions to help discover which role fits best.\nDevelops skills and gains experience to ensure a successful career at TIAA.\nExecutes project activities by understanding objectives, meeting time lines and communicating results.\nAssists in preparing information and research materials, including Powerpoint presentations.\nResearches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.\nAttends required trainings.\nShadows multiple office jobs and trains in a variety of function-related tasks.\nTakes notes during meetings and provides to team members\nUtilizes academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges.Educational RequirementsBachelor's Degree Required Work ExperienceNo Experience RequiredFINRA RegistrationsSRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66Licenses and CertificationsLife and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days Physical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work

The TIAA Retirement Solutions & Wealth Management Rotational Program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and the ability to experience many facets of our organization during the two-year program. The environment is client facing, fast-paced, challenging, and full of growth opportunities. Candidates after obtaining licensing can expect to complete three rotational assignments within key areas of our client facing organizations such as the National Contact Center, Retirement Solutions, and Wealth Management. Associates will build cross-functional proficiency by learning the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver the highest quality results to our customers.

 

Additional Requirements:

Participation in TIAA’s Summer Associate Internship Program preferredMust have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher prior to the program's start date

Base Pay Range: $30.00/hr. - $31.25/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
