This opportunity will provide hands-on experience primarily in the commercial real estate industry with a focus on Transaction Management. Transaction Management works closely with other internal real estate teams such as Facilities & Property Management, Project Management, Portfolio Planning, and Portfolio Administration to deliver increased portfolio efficiency, optimization, and improved space utilization for Regions’ corporate properties. The CRE intern will have the opportunity to contribute to value-added projects and learn from experienced professionals in the field. They will work closely with internal real estate teams and learn how each contributes to our company and department goals. They will also work with other internal bank partners such as Retail Distribution Planning, Branch Delivery, Corporate Strategy, Legal, and Finance. All teams play an important role from project conception to completion. At Regions, the Corporate Real Estate Intern program is focused on an internship associate developing valuable skills and gaining an understanding of the daily operations of Transaction Management within Corporate Real Estate. Throughout the internship, associates may participate in data analytics, preparation of detailed reports and presentations, and contribute to strategic initiatives among other opportunities. Interns will gain practical experience and enhance their skills through meaningful work assignments and training sessions. During the program, interns will build valuable connections with industry and organization professionals and fellow interns. At the end of the program, interns will possess a core set of skills that will be critical for their long-term success. Interns will work primarily with the Transaction Management team within Corporate Real Estate.
