**Overview:**
The Executive Associate Program is designed for 2nd year MBA students who seek to accelerate their career within M&T Bank. Program hires will undergo an immersive leadership experience designed to develop leadership competencies and strategic capabilities. Throughout the first year, the incoming cohort will be introduced to Program alumni, bank wide leadership, and collaborate with peers to drive change to support the vision and goals of the Bank.
**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:**
The Wealth Strategy & Operations team is responsible for setting the strategy and supporting the execution across the Wealth Management division. The group consists of several teams (Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology, Product & Pricing, and Reporting & Analytics). Together, this group collaborates within and outside of Wealth to support our clients and their needs effectively.
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:**
As an Executive Associate with this team, you’ll be responsible for working with peers and gaining exposure to stakeholders within the Wealth Management division, this includes collaboration with our Marketing, Product, Analytics and Sales teams to solve issues that would impact the client and/or employee experience. Your responsibilities may include:
• Support planning and implementing new projects, products, programs and initiatives to achieve short and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Develop and implement recommendations for improving processes, products and services - acting in a liaison capacity with affected departments
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer preferences to inform product strategies and recommendations
• Collaborate with team in the management of new product implementation and existing product modification to include, but not limited to the design and development of services,
• Direct the day-to-day projects, initiatives and activities relating to one or more of the department’s functional groups
**Scope of Responsibilities:**
Perform project/management related assignments in field of expertise within the Executive Associate Program.

None
**Education and Experience Required:**
Completed MBA from an accredited business school.
Minimum two years professional, full time work experience.
Demonstrated leadership potential, as evidenced through previous work experience, extracurricular activities, or community involvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically analyze complex business challenges
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $171,000. The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation. The range listed above encompasses all geographic locations. The pay rate specific to your location will fall within this range and is available from your recruiter.
