Our rotational program will help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi. **We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.** The Summer Financial Management Associate Program (FMA), New York, NY is a "Citi Finance Leadership Development Program" for MBA candidates. Summer FMAs have the opportunity to work closely with senior-level finance managers in key specialties including Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Finance Chief Operating Office, and business-aligned Chief Finance Offices. The Summer FMA program is unique due to the various product/function/legal entity perspectives the FMAs experience. The Summer FMA program is ten-weeks in length; allowing Summer FMAs to work on challenging projects designed to test skills while providing a learning opportunity and adding value. The Summer FMA Program is a significant feeder pool for the Full-Time FMA Program. The Summer Program consists of key roles that are identified and aligned with Citi Finance objectives, structured for completion within a two-month time frame, report to Finance professionals that can provide appropriate leadership direction, and provide the candidate with a variety of development opportunities and skills. **Your time here will look something like this...** Associates will receive an orientation to Citi, including business overviews from senior professionals within the Finance Function. Training will highlight current topics in the banking industry, technical finance and accounting skills, and communication and presentation skills. Associates will also be matched with mentors who can offer guidance and support throughout the summer program. As Associates, your day-to-day duties will vary depending on your placement. However, across functions you can expect the following: Access: + Work directly with our senior Finance leaders and carefully selected managers, who will help you maximize your potential and develop your careers Global Reach + Our team is comparatively small, so your global network will be a key asset + After you select your region from the four major global sites; you'll still get to move around with one of your three rotations on an assignment in a different location Leadership: + Develop your management skills as you go through your rotations Responsibility & Empowerment: + Be part of the action and face the challenges of this analytical and dynamic financial environment + Take ownership of your work; learning; and career. **We want to hear from you if...** + You are currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree with a concentration in: Accounting, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Business, Management or other related fields (Graduating in December 2025 - June 2026) + You have at least 3 years of significant, related full-time professional work experience after your undergraduate degree + You are multi-lingual (a plus, but not mandatory) + You are a CPA, (a plus, but not mandatory) + You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future. **Who we think will be a great fit...** We're looking for motivated first-year MBA or Master’s candidates who are eager to start their careers at a global organization; tend to think globally; and have an innovative outlook on business.
