**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Summer Analysts will benefit from on-the-job, online, and self-directed training and development opportunities. Each intern will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching. Additionally, Summer Analysts will participate in activities like community involvement projects and networking events, and they will gain leadership insight and exposure through a speaker series.
As a Grandbridge Summer Analyst, you will gain experience in the life of a deal from start to finish, production to servicing. Summer Analysts will spend ample time with multiple departments ensuring interns receive an immersive experience.
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
+ Learn about banking, financial services, and the various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship
+ Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities
+ Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment
+ Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily
+ Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections
+ Receive performance feedback
+ Prepare a capstone presentation to leadership and special guests
**Location:**
Grandbridge is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with offices throughout the U.S. in cities including but not limited to Atlanta, Birmingham, Chicago, Houston, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC.
**This opportunity will be based in Atlanta, GA.**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ **Scheduled graduation of December 2025 or May/June 2026.**
+ Demonstrated strong academic performance with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Superior presentation skills
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure
+ Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
+ Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
+ Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prior completion of Real Estate coursework
+ High interest in pursuing real estate/financial services as a career
+ Previous real estate/financial services work experience or internship
+ Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Demonstrated leadership aptitude
+ Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
+ High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
+ Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
