About The Role
The IT Development Program (ITDP) provides program participants with the opportunity to advance their technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple areas of the business. Each ITDP participant has a unique program experience with the possibility of working on different teams in varied worksites over a three-year period. ITDP participants absorb, in just a few years, what often takes a decade for young professionals to experience. At the completion of the three rotations, ITDP participants will be placed into a permanent position that aligns with Caterpillar IT’s strategic workforce goals.
