This is an Annual Co-op begins in May of 2025 and will run year around Co-ops will report to Cleveland, Ohio Headquarters. Part time work schedule 20-28 hrs/wk during school year and over school breaks.  

The year-round Innovation Excellence Co-Op position will work collaboratively to support the Sherwin-Williams Global Innovation Excellence team with multiple tasks related to our global projects and initiatives that support changing the culture of innovation enterprise wide. This role will report to the Innovation Manager.
 

Though previous innovation experience is not required, the individual needs to be a creative thinker that can also execute in a timely manner.  It is critical that the candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both in the written and spoken word.
